About the Project

We promote inclusion and accessibility in vocational education and workplaces across Europe.

W.I.N. brings together organisations from seven European countries to build practical solutions that make learning and employment spaces more inclusive.

Our approach is simple and action-oriented: Research → Training → Sharing.

  • Inclusion

We work to ensure that vocational education and training (VET) and workplaces across Europe are open, welcoming, and accessible to everyone — regardless of disability, background, or ability.

  • Support

We give educators, trainers, and employers the knowledge and resources they need to design inclusive environments, adapt materials, and respond to diverse learner needs.

  • Empowerment

We help learners and employees with disabilities strengthen their competences and self-confidence, so they can participate fully and independently in professional life.

  • Connection

We link education, employment, and policy through a European network of collaboration — turning inclusion from a concept into everyday practice.
